About

Illustrations Confuses
The association Illustrations Confuses was founded for the expansion of the art of mime and of the corporeal theatre via personal creations, by Dimitri REKATCHEVSKI and Antonia VASILAKOU, graduated artists from the INTERNATIONAL MIME SCHOOL OF MARCEL MARCEAU in Paris. Aesthetically and ideologically the researches of the artistic members oscillate around the “transformed body” and the “art brute”-utilization of everyday materials. They have participated with their creations “Illustrations Confuses”, “Regard d'une f..”, “Cosmos”, “Crying Woman- Liebestraum no3” in many theatre festivals and events such as Mimos, Festival International des Arts de Rue d’Aurillac, Nuit de Musées de Marseille, Festival de Trop, Action Contre la Faim, Mime en Mai, Beyruth Street Festival, Athens Fringe Festival and 1st Athens International Street Theatre Festival.
